| 1 | Chicken(boneless) | 500 grms |
| 2 | Corn Flour | 6 tbs |
| 3 | Eggs | 2 |
| 4 | Ginger & Garlic Paste | 2 tbs |
| 5 | Red Chilli Powder | 2 tbs |
| 6 | Salt | 1.5 tbs |
| 7 | Turmeric | 0.5 tbs |
| 8 | Capsicum | 1 |
| 9 | Onion Slices | 1 big |
| 10 | Garlic Cloves | 20/25 |
| 11 | Coriander Leaves | 1 cup |
| 12 | Cashew | 20/25 |
| 13 | Keera | 1 |
| 14 | Soya Sauce | 1 tbs |
| 15 | Vineger | 1 tbs |
| 16 | Red Pepper | 0.5 tbs |
Procedure:
- Take boneless chicken,wash it and cut into small pieces.
- Add corn flour,ginger & garlic paste,eggs,salt,turmeric powder,red chilli powder.
- Mix it well.
- Now fry these chicken pieces into oil and keep in bowl.
- Take one big pan:add oil , cashews ,garlic cloves (let it fry for 2 mins). Now add capsicum,onion(let it fry for 5 mins),chicken pieces(which you have fried) and mix everything for 2 mins.Next add soya sauce,vineger ,coriander and red pepper(mix everything for 2 mins).
- Now serve chilli chicken with keera.
Cautions:
- If you don't like spicy then decrease quantity of red chilli powder and red pepper.
- Don't add too much of vinegar ,it spoils chilli chicken. ie it will be sour.
