Egg Dosa

Egg Dosa:

Egg dosa recipe is one of the Indian Breakfast recipes.
Protein rich egg dosa which is very good for breakfast. Enriched with egg and curry makes it a complete Egg Dosa is an brilliant and appetizing non-fermented, Easy to prepare egg dosa – a healthy, tasty and food which is rich in proteins and carbohydrates





Ingredients:

1Dosa batter1 cup
2Eggs1 per 1 dosa
3oil1 tbsp

Procedure:

First clean the dosa pan .On low flame add little oil on pan.

Now clean the pan with tissue.

Pour the dosa batter

Add very little oil on dosa 

Now cut the egg and spread it around the dosa

After spreading it looks like this.

Add very little oil on dosa

Now flip the dosa

Once dosa is flipped ,wait for 2 mins and remove from pan.

Here you can see the egg dosa

Egg dosa is ready and serve with any chutney
