| 3 | oil | 1 tbsp |
Procedure:

| First clean the dosa pan .On low flame add little oil on pan. |

| Now clean the pan with tissue. |

| Pour the dosa batter |

| Add very little oil on dosa |

| Now cut the egg and spread it around the dosa |

| After spreading it looks like this. |

| Now flip the dosa |

| Once dosa is flipped ,wait for 2 mins and remove from pan. |
