Egg Dosa:

Ingredients:

1 | Dosa batter | 1 cup |
2 | Eggs | 1 per 1 dosa |
3 | oil | 1 tbsp |
Procedure:
First clean the dosa pan .On low flame add little oil on pan. |
Now clean the pan with tissue. |
Pour the dosa batter |
Add very little oil on dosa |
Now cut the egg and spread it around the dosa |
After spreading it looks like this. |
Add very little oil on dosa |
Now flip the dosa |
Once dosa is flipped ,wait for 2 mins and remove from pan. |

Egg dosa is ready and serve with any chutney |
