Puffed Rice(Maramaralu) Breakfast





SNOIngredientsQuantity
1Puffed Rice250 grams
2Mustards seeds1 tbsp
3Cumin seeds1 tbsp
4Turmeric1 tbsp
5Onion1 medium
6Coriander leavesHand Full
7Oil1 tbsp
8Badam10
9Curry leaves4-5 sprigs
10Peanuts10
11Roasted gram(Putnala Pappu  in Telugu)100 grams
12Garlic 2 - 3 cloves
13Red chili powder2.5 tbsps (can be increased by another 1/2 tbsp)
14Salt 1.5 to 2 tbsps
15Lemon juice 2 tbs


Procedure:




Wash puffed rice twice in water and
 remove the water from it with hands by pressing

First grind roasted gram(putnala pappu)
Add : red chilli powder,salt,galic clove.
       Note: Don't peel the galic cloves ,clean it and use.

Pour the grinded  powder in 1 bowl.
Now add 1-2 lemon juice,
6 tbsp of grinded powder(above)
          oil,cumin & musturd seeds,onion,turmeric,chilli
roast for 3-4  mins



Add 1 tamoto to it and fry for 4 mins

Now add puffed rice

Mix everything well.

Add coriander leaves and mix it again.

Roast : Peanuts,badam,curry leaves.

Add roasted peanuts,badam,curry leaves.


Puffed rice breakfast is ready.
