Easy Chicken Biryani Recipe:

4 | Red chilli powder | 2 tbsp |
5 | Coriander powder | 2 tbsp |
6 | Tamoto | 1 big/medium |
7 | Onion | 1 big/medium |
8 | Chilli | 3 to 4 |
9 | Turmeric | 1 tbsp |
10 | Oil | 1 tbsp |
11 | Curry leaves | 4-5 sprigs |
12 | Ginger & Garlic Paste | 2 tbsp |
13 | Salt | 1.5 to 2 tbsps |
14 | bay leaf | 1 to 2 |
15 | Cinnamon | 2 to 3 |
16 | Cloves | 2 to 3 |
17 | Badam | 10 |
18 | Ghee | 1 tbsp |
Procedure:
Take chicken and wash it |
Add water to chicken and let it cook 90% |
Add 1 tbsp :ginger garlic paste, turmeric,salt and let it be on stove for 4 mins Here you can see total water is evaporated. |
Now take crushed ginger garlic paste,onions,chillis,bay leaves, cloves,cinnamon in oil and fry for 4 mins |
Add 1 tamoto and fry for 4 mins |
Add turmeric,salt,red chilli powder.And mix. |
Add cooked chicken here...and mix |
Add coriander powder and biryani masala .And mix and fry for 5 mins |
Now chicken will look like this |
Add this chicken in silver plate |
Now soak basmathi rice for 15 mins |
Take very big bowl...add more and more water ,basmathi rice Let basmathi rice cook for 80 to 85%. Note:While cooking you add salt. |
Take this type of bowl |
Cooked basmathi rice pour here..and wait for all water is went off. |
Now add little little basmathi rice |
After complete adding of basmathi rice |
Now add roasted badam,coriander leaves and keep in oven for 30 to 40 mins under 350 F |
Taken out from oven |
Add 1 tbsp of ghee |
mix everything slowly |
Here is the chicken biryani |
